It's quite confusing with this account, Dresser-Drawer and Jak_Jackelope, with multiple, but not all of them on different platforms. At first I thought one of them was an art thief, but with the FA Aelith-Earfalas account linking to both @Aelith-Earfalas and Jak_Jackelope on twitter and the FA Jak_Jackelope referring to that same twitter, I'm just confused. You probably wanna add your other socials to your profile, with the purpose of those multiple accounts, to make it less confusing.
